Bad experience on the first day of the year

In the early morning customer care told that it will be fixed in 2 hrs. 5 hrs have passed. I think this buggers are still doing RCA for this.


Its the first day of the year and I am getting pissed off for the service. Customer care people simply say anything. I don’t think they have much of an idea about the issue.
