Act must be one of the worst companies when it comes to customer care. My friend is not having internet connectivity for the past 7 days and sophisticated liars of ACT broadband keep on tellling the same lie that they will resolve the issue within 24 hours every day but no effort has been made by their technical team to resolve the issue. Every time you call their customer care, their customer care executives keep on telling the same lie every day. Now the customer has to suffer even after paying at the commercial rate of 1200-1400 per month. This is the indifferent attitude of the customer care and Act team. This is the most arrogant and worst company in the world. This has affected my friend in his business also. these people are just fooling people by making tall claims stating that they are the best service providers when they are the worst in reality and their customer service executives give you the most arrogant reply and behave like royal heirs.
