Hi All, I had placed a request for a new internet connection with ACT they got back to me after two days and told me that they will check on the feasibilty in my location and get back. After a month they call me up and say there is no feasibility in my area. Does it take a month to check the feasibility Mr. Act?, I am not sure about their speed as they did not give me a chance to test it. Service and support not at all good, they are least bothered about customers.
