Recently I took act connection by paying installation charges and advance monthly rental and thereafter I have been paying monthly bill before 15th every month.
On Oct 4th, 2016 suddenly internet stopped working so I raised complaint to resolve the issue, issue was not resolved even after 3 days, we called up again and customer care execute promised me that issue will be resolved on same day, however issue was not resolved at end of the day, we called up again on next day morning, got same promise however issue was not resolved. This procedure was repeated for more than 2 weeks(Oct 18). We used to call every two days and requesting for issue resolution. Me and my husband both are working and dependent on the internet for our office work and it got seriously impacted from Oct 4th.
I used to get promise from act saying issue will be resolved by afternoon, so I used to plan my office work(I used to trust the act service) from afternoon but issue was not resolved, you can imagine my situation.
Waited till Oct 18-19 and completely lost hope on act service and switched to another service provider(my neighbor who was in same situation also switched to another SP) and I requested act to close my connection(still internet was not working when I requested).
I have lost installation charges, very bad impact on my office work, time waste, call charges for regular follow ups and lost peace of mind. Now act people are daily calling me and harassing me to pay the bill with late payment fee. I am ready to pay the bill for three days where service was active but act people are sending me the bill for more than 3 days.
