This is the worest broadband network in hyderabad they takes 3 to 7 days to restore internet aftet complaining for disconnection.They give fee waver of 20Rs discount for 7 days.Disconnection issue is commen and will face this every day.Speed is low than what they promise.
Faced continous 10 days of dissconnection issue no techniction visited or call back aftet repeated complain.Calculation for FUP is also not appropriate compared to rest of the broadband networks.
