ACT is an absolutely unprofessional and non customer centric company. Its been 3 days short of a month since I have paid my registration fees and they are yet to even install my connection. Their customer service lines are always busy and no one including the customer service exec who hounded me before for the sake of the sale responds.
If there ever was a mistake I made, this was it.
I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone even contemplate trying ACT!!
