I am using Act Broad Band in my apartment from past two years, Net speed is very nice, but when we face any technical problems they will not respond at all.Also when we are trying to book any tatkal tickets online the site will be down at that time.
No solutions till now.Not sure if these guys block it that time or some other problem.Kindly request you to look into customer support side, rest is good.
