I had taken an internet connection with ACT Broadband on 29th Jan 2013 by making a payment of Rs 3366. Below are the details

I am still to get my connection. The money is already deducted from my account.Everyday I get a call from the ACT Broad band call center saying that by end of day it would surely be done. This got escalated to the call center floor supervisors, and even they are giving me assurance everyday saying that the connection would be done by end of day. This has been happening for a week now.
One of their technicians turned up the next day I took the connection on 30th Jan 2013. I have an internal wiring provided by the builder in my apartment and I had been using it with my previous internet service provider without any issues. The technician who turned up did not know how to do internal wiring and he was telling me internal wiring is not possible in my apartment.
In another flat in my same apartment, there is internal connection provided by ACT themselves. The technician who turned up for installing the connection for me in fact had tried providing internal connection to the other flat and in turn he screwed up the connection of some other flats. Some other person made the connections properly. He left without giving me the connection that day and ever since I have been calling up the call center to send somebody to install my connection, but nothing has happened till date in spite of telling that I am fine with an external wired connection.
