Horrible broadband with connectivity issues

I used Act broadband for more than a year. I’m very much satisfied with the internet speed. But it has connectivity issues all the time. if I leave my home for one week. I’ll surely miss the connection after coming back to home. The horrible part of this story happened 4 months back. I went to another city and came back to home. I have to connect with a video call for office purpose. the moment I turned on my laptop I saw no connection. I called customer service and asked them to resolve the issue. They said there is no response from the hub placed near your home we will send our technician and we need 2 days to resolve the problem. After 2 days I got a message the connection was on now, enjoy. Turned on my laptop and started using the internet. after 10 mins again disconnected with the internet. Again called and raised a complaint. took two days and got a message. started using it. after 5 mins again disconnected. again called and talked with them very seriously and another one day. same message. turned on the laptop to use. again disconnected within 10 mins. I’m done this time. called them and raised a request to discontinue the connection. they started telling stupid stories but I got pissed off and said I just need a disconnection from my connection.
