I rushed home. The look of the envelope should have warned me that this was a June Fool Joke but in my panic I opened the envelope. Imagine my rage when I found ACT advising me to bang my Head on the wall because I did not have a ACT connection. When asked what the #@$% the notice was about by phone the person on the other side tried to sell ACT to me and explain what the #@$% legal notice meant as if he was a Genius Professor and I was a stupid dumb idiot. I demanded that I wanted to be put on to the Marketing department.I suppose the creative head thought he was going to get a compliment about his creative

Customer Care that this company can provide. Everytime I make a complaint they will send me a Legal Notice and ask me to bang my head! I still have the legal notice that ACT sent me so they cannot deny it.
