This broadband had been a nightmare and its my bad luck that I opted for year subscription and now they are now ready to cancel the subscription.
Even after reporting more than 5 times to Act customer care and multiple time to act local technician, my internet still disonnects multiple times everyday.
As an Act Fibernet user, its a suggestion to everyone go for Airtel or some other broadband as they are way better than Act , even the Hathway is better now.
When you call support team of act fiber always seems busy helping other customer but will never help you, but yes will contact you after 2-3 days when the issue is resolved SERIOUSLY, is this how support works. Should it take that much to resolve issue and mine is still not resolved.
