I applied for ACT Broadband, one ACT executive named Lokesh came to my office. He collected all documents and cheque for one month advance rental and installation charges. After giving the documents and the cheque. There was no confirmation mail, no confirmation phone call. No collection after 9th day of collecting the cheque and documents. When I called that executive/call center rep, they are speaking very casually, not even ready to give me the date when they are giving connection. If I am experiencing this kind of issue for getting new connection, what would be the status if I am facing connection issue in future? . Even BSNL will give better service than ACT.
Dont purchase any 6 month or one year advance rental. Only go for monthly rental, you will lose big money.
