I am using act fibernet since 2013. I applied for act connection in 6th december I got connection activated by 12 th december 2013. intially for a period of 6 months I have faced several problems in service of net. frequent disconnection. when I haved called customer care they give same reply stating that your complaint is registered and within 24 hours problem will be solved. the engineer visited after 1/2 days of complaint . he tried reset the net and again after 2/3 days I have faced the same problems . as I have subscribed for 6 months I have no option of remain in the network. or leave the money . with frequent issues for 6 months all the problems were solved .after that customer care given quick response .the bad impression on act got removed with the improve of service then I gone for 1 year payment. no major issues
for period of 1 year which I paid . then after completing this 1 year pack then the image and
impression of act fibernet has gone to high level then I went for 2 years pack for that I got 4 months free subscription. actually the amount was 25, 800 I paid for 2 years 20000 . from then I did not face any major issue with act fibernet. act is best internet service provider in hyderabad . I recommend for act fibernet for good connectivity, speed, reliability, cost effectivness . act is best in hyderabad
