We are the existing customers. We have been using ACT services since one and the half years now. We are happy with the services provided from ACT.
Couple of days ago, there was a lightning, due to which I could not have Internet services after this.
ACT Technician had visited us. He revealed that the Wifi Router is gone and has to be replaced. The replacement is given only for the new Customers. Replacement is not offered for the Customers who have been with ACT since many years now. They are asking us to find the Router, ourselves. It would have been nice if they had provided the replacement for existing Customers. I understand that we have to pay some money for the Router (replaced one). The services will be complete if ACT comes out with the replacement for the Customers who have been with ACT from many years.
