There is nothing called Customer Loyalty

Hello everyone I have been member of Beam and ACt for past 10 years. there is nothing called Customer Loyalty.  and they don’t care it seems. Speed Post FUP 1mbps is too small, I cant even open facebook with it. Service is worst, nobody respond, we cant even reach higher ups or managers, they done even escalate to higher ups if the matter is serious, they don’t bother to take reviews, suggestions from customers. Thank you
