Act Fibernet are cheaters

The service of Act is pathetic and UN-describable. I have been following up with them since 3 months for my referral bonus and every time I write a mail to them, they give me call and make false commitments and they never reply your mail or give you written confirmation.


Their support team are idiots and doesn’t have a clue of what the customer is talking about and even the nodal team, their compliance and grievance team SUCK. They just don’t reply your emails, all they do is give you a call and make false commitments.


Find the mail I have been writing to them since 12th Feb.


It’s 10th March and as per your commitment, I am supposed to get the vouchers today and I haven’t got anything. IS THIS YOU MEAN BY YOUR COMMITMENT? YOU GUYS KNOW THE MEANING OF COMMITMENT? WHAT EXCUSE DO YOU HAVE NOW FOR NOT SENDING ME THE VOUCHERS?

Hello Nodal Team,


All you do is give a call and say it will be resolved and you are sorry for the inconvenience caused. After our conversation on 15th Feb, I was told that it will be resolved in a weeks time and yet we are here with no resolution. What a pity and pathetic service.


You should say that you guys cannot keep up your promises and commitments. Why do you call and waste my time and yours. its been two months I havent received my referral vouchers and guys give a damn about it. Can you reply me in mail that when are you going to send me the referral vouchers or do I need to take another route to get it? I have been a customer for you since 5+ years and this is how you treat a loyal customer. YOU GUYS SUCK

My account number is 101003390248 and I have referred my friend to ACT for which I am supposed to get movie vouchers. I have been interacting with your support team since Jan 10th 2018. Firstly they said I will get in 15 days which I have not received then I called up again and they said I will get it by Feb 10th 2018. I haven’t received as per their commitment and I have interacted with Vinod of your support team and he said I will get the vouchers in 24 hours and today he called me and said I will receive in March 2018.


I have referred a good customer who paid 9 months in advance and you guys are cheating your existing customers with false promises. now I am really annoyed with your service and will never refer any of my friends to your service and I am going to post your cheating case on blogs. YOU GUYS SUCK.
