Terrible experience with ACT.. WORST support

From 2 months they disconnected the internet and still they have not processed refund of the advance billing since november.MONEY Eaters.they are rascccals, and there is one guy Mohan who is replying same thing from 2 months. What the hell he is doing in there.


They don’t have any respect about what they are replying. Its unfortunate that such worst company experience is still in India.


DON’t GO WITH THEM, it will work till it is working fine. once you get any issue with connection, billing, they will never come back for you and you keep calling them and waste 20 30 rs each day without any response. May be they will come after 6 months.


WORST WORST . BURN IN HELL ACT TEAM. EAT MONEY, and die soon.
