NO Means NO

On the 13th of September, I have raised a ticket about connection issue, till now they are unable to fix it. My complaint # 10218638921 every day they keep on telling new stories, If we delay in making a payment they will charge 100/- as fine, now they failed to give service and I am losing my business because of No internet issue. who will be the responsible for this? at least should send communication MSG or E-Mail, they have not sent a single text at all. they are lease bother about customers. I would strongly recommend my friends "NO Means NO" Don’t take the connection from AC.
