Worst service!

The internet has not been working for 4 days and after repeated calls of complain still not fixed. And one of the representatives also hung up on me! I guess they do not understand the impact on people who work from home. Horrible service. 4 days of no service after paying for a whole years of fees is just not done! Realising what a big mistake it is to go with ACT. Anyone who is thinking of taking a connection with them, DON’T!
