ACT Team,
Internet connection is not working in my area - Chooolaimedu Chennai 600 094 for the past 5 days. Repeated calls to service center went in vain. Calls are not answered most times and goes in infinite hold. Once I got connected and they said it will be fixed in few hours but no action.
This is the third time this is happening in the last 2 months. Please fix this ASAP as otherwise I will be forced to cancel ACT and go for another service provider.
