A big cheater and the worst customer care

It’s been a month since I had applied for ACT broadband but haven’t got the connection yet.


Even after making call to the customer care  more than 15 times, I haven’t got any positive response from their side. They are just misguiding the customers by saying that somebody will contact you within 1 hour. But nobody will ever turn up to you or call you. It’s been a horrible experience.


They have already got the advance money and now just making false promises that somebody will come to install the connection but nobody has come till now.


If you call to the customer care, they will give you a number saying that it’s nodal officer number but after calling you will be surprised to listen the automated voice saying that please call on this(customer care no). The customer care people don’t hesitate in lying to the customers.


I don’t understand what the hell are they for whether to help the customers or to misguide and cheat them.


Please never go for ACT. They are not going to provide you the connection. They are just a cheater and running a scam with the public money.
