Good speed can't compensate for how pathetic it is

I’m one those thousands of customers who have been lured by ACT due to their good tariff plans.


The first month was good without any problems. But it was the second month onwards, problems started. My Internet stopped working on the 7th Dec 2013. I registered a complaint on the around 11 am that day.


The customer care assured me that they will arrange a call back from technical team within 2 hours and my issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I waited the whole day and no call came.


Next day I again complained in the morning and then I got a call from a technician around 1 pm. I was out so he told me, "No problem sir, I’ll check it and fix it." I came back and found net is still not working.
