I had used Airtel mobile 4 years back.I have used that mobile for 2 years.First I have taken postpaid connection.B’coz of excess billing I changed to prepaid.While using prepaid also whatever call charges Airtel is claiming always excess amount is deducted from my account.The excess amount will be in terms of paise like 2 to 10paise.When I have given a complaint to the customer care they told its a system problem.But system problem happnes only for excess billing, not for bill which is less than the actual call rate.Customers wont bother if the money is deducted in paise.They are cheating customers alot.
Then I shifted to Hutch.Wherever you go the network never follows you.Only stray dogs will follow you while running to catch the signal.Always network will be busy.Such a stupid mobile I ahve never seen. After that I shifted to BSNL.I am very much happy with the service.Very good network connectivity.It is covering all the national highways and railway routes.And the call rates are too low.A high end user like me are able to save alot in bill by using BSNL.
And moreover its a government organisation.Whatever we are paying goes to our government.Not to some foreign countries which owns some percentage of share in all the private operators.And India doesnt want any telecom billionares.By seeing the advertisement of private operators dont get fooled.Check your bill always.They are not giving service for the benefit of customers.Somehow they want to make money by cheating customers and our government.BSNL is the organisation of all the indians.Be a true indian and use BSNL mobile.
