Please send the complaint details to the higher officials of BSNL. The email ids are available in www.bsnl.co.in website ie corporate office ids or the bsnl website of the state in which you belongs to.. They will come running behind you to solve the problem.

Like Vijay the apologies are already fed in the mind of all the airtel employees. Just as a show off they do this. Sincerely they wont be doing anything. They are money suckers. Airtel employees has a mentallity which is worst than a pawn broker.

Yes in india internet connection with 256kbps is called a broadband. One of my friend is using Airtel 799 unlimited plan ie 256kbps. But he always gets less than 50kbps speed.
