Customer Compensation Mechanism

My packet was picked up from Chennai on 25 February 2012 Tracking No. 4277054165. I have not yet received it at Agra even on 6 March 2012. It was supposed to be an ’Overnight Express’ and the company charged full contracted price for the same.


I inquired about the compensation mechanism from the company for this extreme delay and compromised quality of services. There is none. Only customer is to suffer even if the delay is in weeks. I have informed the company to deliver my packet at the earliest and at least should make refund of the billed money in full. Also the company should issue an apology in writing signed by the responsible authority for the terribly poor services. Let us see. There is no Option in this site for Minus rating. I would have gone for that instead of minimum one star.
