Product broke in first month, service non-existent

Bought a Cappucino maker from them. It never worked properly and broke within a month. Despite 2 year warranty, repeat calls to them, and promises of sending a repairman, nothing has happened in a months time.


Will never buy another product from them. Better to spend a few hundred more and get something identical from another manufacturer, but that isn’t faulty, and will be fixed if it does break.


I have never had to have a kitchen appliance serviced under the warranty period - whether toasters, ovens, microwaves or mixers they are all built to last for years and years. Bajaj clearly just saw a product niche and filled it with a piece of badly designed garbage, and they wont even stand by a product that bears their name.


Any other manufacturer would have replaced the appliance as it broke so quickly under normal circumstances - Bajaj wont even repair it while there are 23 months left on the warranty! I suspect they wouldnt repair it even if I offered to pay!
