I dont consider out of control cable operator, and no service to be a 4* service. I am sure there are many satisfied Sify customers, but I think bulk of other reviews show that the number of unhappy ones, or downright traumatized ones, far outweighs the mediocre service provision you have describ read more...

I dont find this useful as you have a limited experience with Sify, and your testimony contradicts your rating.
A week without service seems problematic to me. Please write another review in 6 months, I will be interested to see what you think of SIFY after you have more experience with them. Also, FYI, 64K is not anywhere near broadband - good luck downloading, chatting, watching video, or anything e read more...

Another mail apologising for taking 10 days to reply to my first mail. Of course no action taken on providing net, or refund. You cant have it both ways SIFY! That is called fraud.
10 days after my formal complaint, 2 months after this latest problem began and was first reported. They apologised for taking 10 days to send back a form email to me, instead of the 24 hours promised.
