First of all its not DTSi-Fi but "DTS-Fi". I saw ppl writing anything that flashes in between their ears under this Head Line. So I thought I should clear it or at least focus on some real whatever little gyan/facts available in the market abt Pulsar DTS-Fi.
Pulsar DTS-Fi (Digital Twin Spark Fuel Injection) is NOT launched yet. Will Launch any time between July to Aug 2006.
At the first site, from side angle, it looks like Karizmas front fairing has been fitted to Pulsar body (frm side only). The back portion looks great though, a lot of inspiration taken from Karizma (without the flab), looks like thinned Karizma in fact. From front the Pulsar identity has been retained, but looks good with 2 horns-like mirrors placed on the front panel itself. Since TVS is out with Apache, making Bajaj think in terms of doing something new, since its a little long after Pulsar there’s nothing significant seen/happening on Bajajs part (except old wine ’wind’ in very old bottle ’Platina’ & old Boxer label into CT100 label & saffire....).
Specifications: It has bigger cap engine of abt 250cc, 3000 combination central lock. Tubeless tyres. Multi-functional Digital Dashboard. DC ignition, Front & Rear Twin Discs and 37mm diameter front forks. So please don’t confuse with dtsi / dtsi-fi / dtsy-fifi... even somewhere I read XTSI.. (oof!!) gimmeebr...k!
