My experience with bigflix has been a nightmare. I have had countless issues with this suc*ngg service provider.
*No delivery time**. they expect us to sit at home whole day and wait for the runner.
*no up-to-date database of movies**. there are so many movies that were released in years 2007, 08 etc but bigflix does not have them. even HBO has premiered them. for instance P.S. I Love You
*completely misbehaved staff**.especially the runners(delivery boys)
*extremely bad disc quality**. no guarantee that Discs will play on comp/lappy due to some region code problems. they expect us u buy a brand new DVD player or CD player. And interestingly enough you are not told of thisno guarantee at the time you subscribe to their membership.
5.**false pride that they are the best and cheapest. LOL **matalb they are just reluctant to realize that they need to improve. They think customers are no more than fools and frauds.
One such incident happened to me just a few days ago and is still lingering on.the whole matter started when I made a stern face and in a stiff voice told the runner to deliver discs in time. The guy got so pissed that he falsely reported to their logistics dept that I was holding two disc(I have subscribed to one disc plan). So whenever I would put a pick-up request, the next day I would see that the request has been deleted(undone). I got baffled. How on earth could anyone hack my account with bigflix and remove my pick-up requests?
I took up the matter with Bigflix and reported to them about unscrupulous fiddling with my account and provided them with all the details of what had been happening since I took the membership(also the delivery issues). To my complain about the misbehaved runner and what game he had been playing, she(the customer care exec.) got so hyper in defense of the runner and went to the extent of saying I had developed a false notion / mind-set about their runner. She clearly indicated that the runner is an honest man and that he could not have done such a thing as his salary can be deducted; implying that I am the one who had robbed them off a disc x-(
*What about my money? **I paid 1000 Rs as advance rental and it has not been even a month since my membership started.**My money is at risk! **and bloody she is telling me to care about that runners salary. grrrrrrrrr x-(
Since this is a **time based membership**, all days that I loose in resolving this matter with them is **LOSS to ME **in terms of money. And they are so PROMPT in saying:*"maam, we realise the inconvenience caused to you" *.[MY FOOT, U idiots:-| ]
*Ironically**, Bigflix maintains that*customers are important to us*. [surely they are . agar hum nahi honge to ullu kise banaoge and paisa kaise lootoge]
Now, I am just hoping that this hoax company returns my money back:-|
