@ prakash_ajp very apt reply.. lol I learnt in mba that 'word of mouth' is an effective, convenient and cheap way of publicity. Bigflix is resorting to this but, I wonder, how much this will help them :D

I second each and every word of what Rahul has to say. Bigflix jus cannot be trusted... :-| I have been fighting to get my subscription cancelled and do not send any delivery requests but every time they send their runner to deliver a new disc ... funny, isn't it?

I, really, am in a fix... My local cable provider acts as if he is the king of this industry... Dish tv, I learnt, is not good and so is Sun tv. Now Tata sky too does not have very good reviews about its product... what to do? where to go? :(
