This is my 2-3 years of experience with Bluedart couriers.I’m a frequent buyer online buyer and some of the online shops send the items only by Bluedart (don’t know why?). I have never received any item by Bluedart on time (That too despite living in Pune!). Every time I need to call them and then they will give their lame excuses like address was not correct, pin-code was not correct etc which are totally false.
Also their website tracking is of no use. It just shows the origin and destination nothing more than that. And the statuses are ’Courier booked’ and ’Contact Customer Care’ that’s it. Not mid-way statuses nothing.Also the customer care is of no use. When ever you call them they will say that they attempted the delivery, we’ll deliver the courier today etc.
I think other companies like DTDC, even TrackOn (I use DTDC whenever I’m sending couriers) are better than Bluedart. They at least shoe in which city the courier is in on their online tracking. Also the charges of these couriers are very less than that of Bluedart.
So beware of Bluedart.
