I'd used Tikona for 3-4 years without any problems. But since last month I'm facing problems of intermittent disconnections. I'm using ADBBM699 plan. I think now they don't have ADLM2048 plan...

I'd ordered a pen-drive some 3-4 years ago and they had sent me a faulty one. And I think they are doing such things since their inception. So better to stay away when you have other nice options for online shopping.

I've also taken the home loan from HDFC bank. Any bank will define your interest rate based on BPLR. It would be something like BPLR-Spread. Say BPLR is 15 and spread is 5. Yes, I agree. I've placed an order on 8th May 2013 (that is it's more than a month now) and still I've not received it. ON contacting their support they are asking to wait for another 8-10 days. This is the worst website I've ever seen. Stay away!

If you have paid using a credit card, then call your bank and give them dispute transaction form. You'll get your money back...
