I am following with the customer care executive since three days, I called four times. Last time I called at 6:12 PM, 20/11/2010 to know the status, he told me that it would be delivered today before 7:00 P.M. I am waiting since last two days at my residence to get this parcel.
When I shared my concern with customer care executive that this is fourth time I am calling and if this would not be delivered by 7:00 PM today, then what should I do? SMART MAN REPLIED, CALL US AGAIN, WELL SEE. But I am not stupid consumer so I thought of sharing my review with the world and to show how the south asia leaders perform.
Mind it, this is happening with me third time continuously, and it is my second review on blue dart, last time the senior managers called me and told that well improve on services however, I dont see any improvement.
The local couriers are doing well than than this south asia leader !!!!!!
I don know why the credit card banks tie up with such an uncommitted vendor. In case of credit card, the blue dart dont deliver the card until you call and update the extension number and department, you should get this information from the banks or you have the number of mine to call. But they dont have money to call to get these details.
Blue Dart - I pray that nobody should send me using blue dart.
