There is no advantage to address Indiatimes as you have not resolve the issue within 1 year also.
It is not resolved, after 3 months on complaint you started asking about photograph etc. The camera pauche was not replaced so how it could be deemped as resolve. I don't have time to follow up with you guys for INR 400. So I leave it. However, this review is eye opener for prospect buyers.

HI Rawat, please don't buy from this site, there is possibility that you get some local phone instead of correct product. I suggest to look for your product on flipkart.com. Flipkart provides very good service.
Dear Nirmaan & Suman, I would like to tell you that ur T-PAD is crap and it is not working. Today again it got down. In one month it has been down more than twice. I request you to give refund of money.
I booked the T PAD on 8 june 2012, it has been 2 months but still BSNL sim is not delivered. I cann’’t believe that someprovide such a bad service.
Update(July 18): I still don't receive BSNL SIM. It is more than 14 days since I receive faulty Tpad.
Pantel has delivered the faulty product in hurry, it is not working. They didn't send invoice so I cannot take it to service centre also. The BSNL SIM is not delivered yet, the big surprise is that you have to purchase dongle in addition for your T-pad to browse sim. What a stupid deal, Pantel is gi read more...
