First I would really like to clarify that I utterly hate coffee or it’s smell but I would not let that make my vision cloudy about how good was the costumer service. I had never went to CCD but 2-3 days ago. I would really say this the whole cafe smells like it is made of coffee beans ( I know it should as it is coffee) , but any coffee lover would love that but I found that smell intoxicating. I went there as my friends requested but enjoyed a lot.

I technically did not ordered coffee I took a hot cocoa. But my friend ordered a cappuccino and told it that it tasted great. It smelled great and they put a lot of effort in designing it too. I ordered a hot cocoa and it just tasted like cadbury cocoa mixed in milk.
Prices:
I would really like to say that prices are a real havoc. They just overpriced every thing and just was waste of money. The people who own a lot of money can just waste their money I think. I personally think that drinking a 100/- coffee is just not doing it. We can make a cup of coffee just in 10/- as a coffee packet is 1/- and other for milk. I would attach a picture of a part of the menu and you decide whether to go there or not. I understand the people who love coffee would go there daily and its totally fine, this is just my opinion.
Environment:
As I said before it smells strongly of coffee. It kind of iritated my nostrils. A green tea lover would really understand me as I dont like coffee and like green tea too much. They really had good seats and overall interior. It is a really big cafe and can occupy many people in a go. It is very quite and peacful as I went in the morning.
Customer service:
Ok, I was really happy with this. They have a really good customer service. As I went in this cafe for the first time the lady there was very kind and helped me a lot. I was quite skeptical before buyong anything and she told me what drink contained what.
Value for money:
I would say this honestly, I dont think it is at all value for money cafe. Just too much over rated and I didnt find that amazing. I found it quite intimidating that they have nothing under 100/-. I feel very bad that not everyone can afford this and this would be a hole in the pocket by just visiting once.
Will I go again?
As I said before I dont like coffee and I think everthing there is over rated. I was just happy about customer service and interiors.
Will I recomment it?
Yes, if you have too much money to spend and, no if you want to eat and drink in a budget.
