How names and appearances can be so misleading, by seeing the name and the building of CARE Hospital(Banjara hills, Hyderabad), one can only think good things about the hospital.
But once you have been admitted to it or any of your frnds, relatives have been admitted then only you’ll come to know about the unprofessional attitude of doctors in CARE hospital.
It so happened that 2 of my frndz were admitted in CARE hospital for different reasons, and I was shocked to see what happened to one of them.
The 1st guy’s dad was a doc so he saved him from the surgery, which the doctors of CARE hospital are always eager to perform. Once you visit this hospital they’ll always ask you to get admitted for at least 2-3 days esp. if you have a medical insurance.
The 2nd guy was suffering from some stomach ache and some testicle pain so he was admitted to the hospital, here are the different response he got from 2 docs who came to attend him.
The first doc said “One of your kidneys is missing", he was shocked to hear that as he has never undergone any surgery before, then the second doc came he said actually one of your kidney has shrunk and has become so small that we could not see it in the x ray.
Then they took some signature from her mother and removed his one of the testicle, when asked what could be the side effect of this, the doc replies we will observe him for few days and let you know.
I mean are you NUTS how can you operate someone without knowing the side effects or effects for that matter.
At later point of time he got to know after taking the second opinion of few docs from his native place, that this thing could have been cured without operating him.
I agree that my frnd was wrong for allowing the doc to operate without getting a second opinion, but that’s how it is in most part of our country. People trust doctors with their life and they keep taking advantage of this time and again.
Even if you happen to go to this hospital at least do take a second opinion before letting the docs here do something like this.
