CARS24

I bought a car from Cars 24 Chennai VR Mall showroom. The sales person Amson introduced me to a bank representative to process the loan. I was also told by Cars 24 representative that vehicle transfer and hypothication process might take around 10-15 days for which additional Rs 5000/- was collected. Cars 24 also retained Rs 10, 000/- deposit from me. It is more than 25 days now since the car was taken delivery but the RTO name transfer and hypothication process has not been completed. Because of this delay I am not able to get Faastag for my car and the insurance policy could not be endorsed to my name. Numerous calls made to Cars 24 office were in vain. The representative who was polite and customer friendly till the sale was made is now behaving is a different manner. He has been rude and does not answer calls. The Manager promised to look into the matter but never called me back. It clearly shows that Cars 24 is only interested in just selling a vehicle and take money but will not bother about after sales service and the procedure to be completed. They deal with unreliable vendors and do not take responsibility for the vendor introduced by them. Now I am left with the option to deal with the broker on my own and am not sure when the broker will complete the procedure. cars 24 projects itself a professionally managed dealer for used vehicles but in reality it is not so.
