Exactly. AXIS can never match the service quality of CITI. Just by taking over CITI business AXIS thought it can get all the CITI customers. This will ot happen. I fully agree. We all enjoyd first class service from Ctibank and now Axis has taken over Ciribank business but it can never match Ciribank service quality. All ciricard holders must close their card account and move to ICICI or HSBC

EXACTLY. EVEN A SBI BRANCH IN A REMOTE VILLAGE WILL BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE. AXIS BANK SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON.

Boycott AXIS Bank. Shift to other credit cards which are freely available in the market. AXIS Bank employs school drop outs and people from villages who cannot speak proper English. No comparison with CITIBANK -

I fully agree.. I have been a customer of Citibank since 1992. never experienced any issue with citibank. Now are at the mercy of Axis bank. We should all enmasse migrate to HSBC.
Close the card account with AXIS. There are better banks available. Citibank let down its customers very badly

I endorse your views. AXIS Bank employs stupid staff who are not qualified or have no basic knowledge. They are also rude to the customers. I think most Citibank customers will start migrating to other banks very soon.
