An investors meeting was convened by one Mr. Kapil Ahuja and was held at Nehru Place, New Delhi (City Limouzines Office) on 25th October, 2009 at 1130 hrs. The meeting was attended by approx 200 investors which in my opinion proved to be redundant.
It simply looked like an attempt by Mr. Kapil to prove before the investors that he actually attended the the Mumbai meeting held on 14th Oct. He had recorded a few clippings of proceedings of Mumbai meeting in his mobile. The person claimed to have collected about 500 Proxy letters which he claims to have handed over to Ms Nirmala Bhonsale, advocate of City Limouzines. Few clippings of yesterdays meeting were telecast on CNBC yesterday at 7=30 pm though I missed to watch the programme.
He further stated that he has met Mr. Mauraya, Mr. Bhiku Maitre and Ms Nirmala Bhonsale after the 14th Meeting in Mumbai and as per his verson all the three persons have assured him that the investors will get the principle amount not according to the views projected by investors through this forum. He claims that the principle amount will be treated the amount which was initially deposited with the City Limouzines which seems to be very contradictory to what Ihave been reading through this forum.
There was a lot of hulla-gulla but nothing concrete emerged out of the meeting. Only a few educated persons could be seen in the meeting who were not given a a chance to speak and project their view.
At the end of the day Mr. Kapil proposed to engage an advocate to file a case against City Limouzines in Delhi Court. He also informed that only the investors who hand over their files to him along with their monetory contribution towards legal expenses would get their money back and those who fail to contribute will not get a single penny.
The meeting was adjourned till the next Sunday falling on 1st November when the investors will again meet at 1130 hrs. at the same venue.

I will solicit your comments on the credibility of his comment with a particular referfence to principle amount to be worked out by City Limouzines, which ofcourse does not appeal to me.
