This is to keep the investors updated as to the proceedings in a specifc case where in a Writ Petition seeking relief under Writ of Certiorari(The writ of certiorari is an extraordinary writ issued by an appellate court that is used by that court when it has discretion on whether to hear an appeal from a lower court. If the writ is denied, the lower court decision remains unchanged),
Which was filed by Mr.Sayed Mohd.Masood, Geeta Umar Razzaki, Seema Umar Razzaki and Majeed Azar who were the Petitioners(and against whom cases have been lodged as Prime Accused in various cities)
AND
The Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, The Station House officer, PS Abid Road, Hyderabad and Mr.Syed Layaq Ali(One of the investors like us) being shown as the Respondents in the said Writ.
The Writ Petition number is 21362 of 2009.
The said Writ Petition was dismissed by the Hon’ble High Court on 24-02-2010, which is good news to all the investors and gives us a ray of hope to get back our hard earned money in due course of time.
But we as investors from Hyderabad or otherwise have to come and join as one community and make our grievence heard and by way facilitate the disbursement of our money in the right perspective . I am an investor myself so I am sellfish in my own way to get my hard earned money back . Please keep on updating any information that comes your way . which would enable us all to be on the same page .
