Dear Friends. I have been reading lot of reviews regarding this critical situation in City limouzine since 5th of September. Today I read one article in mumbai mirror so I thought I must share it with all of you. as per mumbai mirror Mr. Masood told, “The Hight Court has given us certain instructions because of which we need to do a massive restructuring of our payment schedule. This will take some time. Till then our shareholders will have to bear with us. We can help them if they give us time.”
He added, “Monday’s gathering was a result of some vested interests spreading rumours about the health of the company. We are holding a meeting with our investors and shareholders at Wankhede Stadium on October 7.”
I had invested Rs. 2, 69, 000 in this company and they had issued me 12 cheques of Rs. 16541 at the time of agreement. All the cheques cleared on time without any problem and last month my cheques got finished therefore I called up Delhi office on 3rd September for issuing new cheques but they told me to contact them on 7th September as my Cheque’s due date is 9th September . I got to know about the Company’s issue on 5th september itself but still I called them up on 7th but nobody picked up and till now I called them up several times but all in vain.
As far as I think, Company is gone, my gut feeling says, we will never get our money back, I dont want to hurt people by saying that so please apologise me if any of my words hurt you because I might be wrong also . I know Mr. Masood is talking about regrouping and restructuring their investment plans but I seriously dont understand why would he do so as he already knows that nobody will invest in his company anymore after all this happening. and if nobody is going to invest in his company then from where he is going earn and give the return to his old customers. So, for me its all over. I know its painfull for all of us to believe but we cant do anything except praying to God and may god help us.
