I have subscribed for TWO years subscription of CSR since June 2010. The subscription number is K600 384. I’ve paid Rs 630 for this subscription. They have started this offer as this is their golder jubilee year!
Initially I’ve had regularly received CSR issues for June, July and August. But after that I’ve not received issues for September and October 2010.
I had sent numerous emails on their mail IDs given on their website. But alas! nobody would read or reply to you mail. Then I’ve called to CSR office on number 011 25712898 regarding this problem on 6th of September. You have to try hell lot of times to get them on line. They have only one telephone line which comes busy all time(tells that this is happening with lot of subscribers!). At last, I was able to talk to them and I was told that a repeat copy of month September would be sent to me. But I’ve not yet received that too.
So I’d called on the above number again today morning. The lady transferred the phone to a person claiming that he knows the status of the dispatch. This gentleman told that I would receive the issues(the same reply I got when I had called last time). After repeatedly asking for status of dispatch he agreed that issue for September was not yet dispatched! Also he was not ready to tell his name. He has not revealed his name even though I have asked at least 10 times. He was just saying ‘ok’, ‘thik hai’ for whatever query I was asking. After that he hung the phone without saying anything. I was surprised to see this type of customer service by CSR.
I do not understand what the problem is? Is this a tactics of earning money by not sending issues to their subscribers? Or is this any kind of scam in the Golden Jubilee year of CSR?
I was not expecting this type of service from a reputed brand like Competition Success. I would suggest you all to not to subscribe to CSR for even Rs 200 for TWO years. As they would send you one issues and then swallow remaining Rs 150. In stead buy it from any book store for the price of Rs 50.
Thanks and regards,
Nitinkumar
