I have recent purchased Whirlpool refrigerator from CROMA - Surat and experience didn’t stop me to step in here for review.
As always with TATA, people were really customer oriented they were very gracious, helpful polite and most important had complete knowledge of all products. They were not seems to bias for any of the product which I felt case in Vijay Sales - Surat. Visited them twice before making final purchase and all of the time they have welcome with deep customer apathy.
More over they have very very wide range of choice their delivery commitment was excellent. My delivery was supposed to get delay because of rain in transit but they have any how on my insisting delivery on same day, provided me the material.
