Splash will be costing between 5 - 6 lakhs. Hence you can't compre it with a-star. Also SWIFT gives mileage of 10 to 12 kmpl where AStar is much batter around 20kmpl on highway.

Try out the banking ombudsman by visiting and ragistering an online copmlain on website http://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/bs_viewcontent.aspx?Id=159, this is very power ful tool and can be used against cheated case. I have used it against HDFC and got sattled very easily.
