Having flown with many airlines in the past this is one I will avoid like the plague in future.
I took a return flight from Larnaca to Athens and the return leg turned into my worst nightmare come true.
Unlike many scheduled flights you do not receive free drinks on this route. Instead you a served with a meal that it is totally inedible and not at all up to the usual standards of Cypriot cuisine.
The cabin crew are not very polite and welcoming - unlike other companies. They don’t know please and thank you (even in their own language).
On the return leg of the trip we were delayed by ten hours in Athens airport (not the best of places to be delayed as it has very few facilities). There were absolutely no explanations as to the cause of the delay given either in Greek or English (even the Olympic staff had no idea as to the cause). When it came to putting passengers onto other flights Cypriot nationals were given priority. They left an hour before most of the foreigners. No regard was paid to those with connections in Larnaca.
Try and avoid this airline as they are also notorious for their strike action. One recent summer they seemed to be striking almost every week.
