A useful review. I have had a few problems with KLM but they have always managed to sort them out. They fly from my local airport so I use them quite frequently. Considering the amount of times I have flown with them their delays are usually minimal.

Having visisted Krakow six or seven times I have to say that I have never encountered anything but an odd beggar. My last visit was in November last year and have spanned over the past ten years.
