I did not take any packages from them as I had booked my flights and hotels myself for Thailand, I booked the coral island tour from their website’s sightseeing tours section. I paid less then Rs. 500 for the online booing. As soon as I made the online booking I got a call from their support staff within 20 min, thanking me for booking and providing me the details on the tour on the phone. When I was in Thailand, I again got a call from them one day before my tour proving me with the details about my pickup from the hotel, then on the day of the tour I again got a call from them one out before the tour to tell be that my pickup car was on the way. The point is I haven’t seen many online travel companies doing so much for a booking of as low as rs 500.
