I don't agree with you on this rohit, I think it's just unfair on your part to call the positive reviews as false and consider the negative reviews as true. Instead of explaining what sort of problem you faced you are just concerned about who is posting good and bad reviews about dpauls.It seems to read more...
I think these are some strong word used by the legal cell of the company in question supported by legal facts, The guy ''rohit_delhi1938'' should come out and explain what exactly went wrong on the tour.

I think the review is very generic, specific details need to be provided, for example what was the itinerary shown to you and what you actually got.
