Poor Installation Judgment & No Accountability by

I recently got a Daikin AC installed at my home. The house already had AC piping in place. When the technician came, he had two choices either use the existing piping or install a new one. The decision was left to him, and he chose to go with the existing one.


Soon after installation, the AC stopped cooling. It turned out there was a gas leak due to an issue in the piping. When I contacted Daikin customer support, their response was shocking.


They refused to help, saying its not their responsibility since the piping wasnt installed by them. On top of that, when I asked for support, they simply said I should raise it with higher authorities as they cant push the service provider or the technician. After that, they hung up on me.


This is not what you’d expect from a company like Daikin no ownership, no accountability, and customer support that only passes the buck.


Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend Daikin to anyone expecting responsible service.
