This feels like an attempt to silently close complaints without any actual resolution. Very disappointing and dishonest.

Update as of August 2025: Just received a notification that MakeMyTrip has marked this complaint as 'Resolved' — without ever contacting me, offering an apology, or refunding anything. This issue was never resolved. Extremely unprofessional.
